Lets Ball USA LLC ("Lets Ball USA," "we," "our," or "us") built the Lets Ball USA mobile application (the "App") as a commercial product. This service (the "Service") is provided by Lets Ball USA LLC and is intended for use as is.

This page explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who uses the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information we collect is used solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not share your information with anyone except as described here.

1 Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. This information will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect. Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

Account & Profile: name, email, phone (optional), age confirmation, team/league info, profile photo.
Transactional: purchases, subscriptions, last payment status (via our processors).
Usage & Tech: device identifiers, IP address, app activity, crash/log data (see §2), and performance metrics.
Event Footage & In-App Clips: recordings of matches/events and clips you create from them.
Communications: messages you send to us, support requests, marketing preferences.

How We Use It. To provide and improve the Service; personalize features; authenticate and secure accounts; process payments; enable match replays, highlights, and stats; create, manage, and publish Event Footage as described in §1A; communicate with you; comply with law; and enforce our Terms.

1A. Event Footage & Recording

We record all Lets Ball USA matches, events, and related activities (“Event Footage”) in video and, where applicable, audio. If you participate in a match or event, you will be recorded regardless of your subscription status. Event Footage may include your name, image, voice, likeness, jersey number, team, and gameplay. We process Event Footage to (i) operate and secure the Service; (ii) enable in-app viewing, replays, and highlight creation; (iii) support rules/officiating reviews and safety; (iv) prevent fraud and enforce our Terms; and (v) promote Lets Ball USA (e.g., our website, social channels, and other media).

2 Log Data

When you use the Service and an error occurs, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called "Log Data." This Log Data may include:

Your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address
Device name and operating-system version
App configuration at the time of the error
Time and date of use
Other statistics relevant to diagnosing the issue

3 Cookies

Cookies are small files used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from websites you visit and stored on your device.

The App itself does not set cookies, but third-party code and libraries it uses may do so to collect information and improve their services. You can choose to accept or refuse cookies and to know when a cookie is being sent to your device. Refusing cookies may limit some functionality of the Service.

4 Service Providers & Disclosures

We share Personal Information with third parties who help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics, payment/subscription processing such as Stripe and RevenueCat, content delivery, customer support, and moderation). These providers may access Personal Information only to perform services for us and must not use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information:

to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests;
to protect the rights, safety, and property of Lets Ball USA, users, participants, or the public;
in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (your information may be transferred as part of that transaction).

For clarity, Lets Ball USA may publish Event Footage (which may contain your Personal Information) on our websites, apps, and official social-media channels in accordance with our Terms.

4A. Event Footage: Viewing, Sharing, and Restrictions

Within the App, we enable you to view Event Footage and create in-app clips for personal, non-commercial use. Downloading, screen-recording, reposting, or distributing Event Footage outside the Service is prohibited unless we give prior written approval. We may use technical measures (e.g., watermarking, access controls) to deter unauthorized copying.

If we offer a built-in “share” or link feature, it is limited to streaming through our player and does not allow you to download or re-upload Event Footage.

5 Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we reasonably believe the security of your information has been compromised, we will notify you consistent with applicable law.

5A. Your Choices & Rights

Marketing: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link. (You will still receive transactional emails about your account or purchases.)
Access/Deletion/Correction: You can request access to, deletion of, or correction of your Personal Information by contacting us at support@letsball.us. We may ask you to verify your identity and we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Recording: Participation in matches/events implies consent to be recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, please do not participate in matches or events.

5B. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Event Footage may be retained for operational and promotional purposes consistent with our Terms.

6 Links to Other Sites

The Service may contain links to external sites not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policies of those websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7 Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user under 18 has provided Personal Information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided Personal Information, contact us at support@letsball.us .

8 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page; changes take effect immediately upon posting.
